Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive for Jeencee Agro Industries LLP to handle sales and market development for our FMCG food products and spices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other potential customers in the assigned market.
• Generate new customers and develop strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
• Take regular orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Introduce and promote company products in the market.
• Develop new retail outlets and expand market coverage.
• Follow up on orders, payments and customer requirements.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Candidate Profile:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel in the assigned market.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in FMCG, food products, spices, distributor or retail sales will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 fixed + performance-based incentives.
Average earning potential: ₹27,000–₹30,000+ per month based on performance.
