Driver

Job Objective

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy Driver who can safely

drive company vehicles and support the daily travel and operational requirements of IWLD team

members, directors, guests, students, and office work.

The candidate must be professional, well-behaved, alert, and ready to work with flexibility as per

company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Duties

● Drive company car safely for official work.

● Pick up and drop company directors, team members, guests, students, or vendors as

required.

● Handle airport, railway station, hotel, hostel, office, market, and local travel duties.

● Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.

● Maintain proper discipline, patience, and calmness while driving.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

● Keep the vehicle clean from inside and outside every day.

● Check fuel, air pressure, engine oil, coolant, brakes, lights, and basic vehicle condition

regularly.

● Inform the management immediately if any repair, servicing, or maintenance is required.

● Ensure timely vehicle servicing and pollution/insurance/permit renewals as instructed.

● Take full care of the company vehicle and avoid careless handling.3. Time Management & Availability

● Report on duty on time at 8:00 AM.

● Be available during the full shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

● Maintain flexibility for urgent work, guest pickup/drop, late work, or emergency

requirements.

● Inform in advance in case of leave or unavoidable delay.

4. Company Work Support

● Support office/admin work like document delivery, parcel pickup/drop, purchasing, bank

work, courier work, and other outdoor tasks.

● Help in shifting small office or hostel items when required.

● Coordinate with the admin team for daily route plans and work priorities.

● Maintain bills/receipts for fuel, parking, tolls, servicing, or purchases.

5. Professional Behaviour

● Maintain polite and respectful behaviour with directors, team members, students, guests,

and vendors.

● Maintain confidentiality of company, director, and guest conversations.

● Do not argue, gossip, or share internal company matters outside.

● Stay well-groomed, clean, and presentable while on duty.

● Avoid mobile phone usage while driving.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Valid driving license is compulsory.

● Good driving experience with cars/SUVs.

● Knowledge of local Goa routes preferred.

● Should know basic Google Maps navigation.

● Should be punctual, honest, disciplined, and responsible.

● Should have basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

● Should be physically fit and active for field work.

● Hindi speaking is required; basic English will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

● Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and driving skills.

● Duty timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

● Weekly off/leave policy as per company rules.
