Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to optimize table turnover.
• Provide menus and introduce guests to their server.
• Answer phone calls and assist with booking inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
