Job Description
The role will involve both back-office sales coordination and interaction with clients. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Studying our catalogues and learning about crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchenware and buffetware from different international brands.
- Preparing quotations based on the products selected by clients.
- Working on Excel spreadsheets and preparing/completing BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Learning and understanding basic INCOTERMS relevant to our business.
- Maintaining and organising our product sample stock.
- Preparing sample issue and sample return notes.
- Following up with clients regarding samples and their requirements.
- Following up with clients regarding the status of quotations/offers submitted.
- Maintaining and updating the quotation/enquiry status report.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations suggesting suitable product options from our brands, along with their features.
- Organising and maintaining the proper display of products in our showroom.
- Assisting customers with product selection and supporting retail sales when required.
