Work Location: IWLD Hostel, Goa

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Shift timing may vary occasionally as per operational requirements

Job

Responsibilities●      Monitor and secure all hostel gates, doors and entry/exit points.

●      Check and record the entry and exit of students, staff, visitors and vehicles.

●      Maintain the daily student, visitor and vehicle movement registers.

●      Control car entries and ensure only authorised vehicles enter the premises.

●      Monitor the premises and report any suspicious activity immediately.

●      Support the team during video shoots by managing gates, vehicles and the surrounding area.

●      Occasionally assist in shifting light equipment, furniture or other items.

●      Ensure hostel doors and gates are properly locked and secured.

●      Maintain discipline and follow all hostel security procedures.

●      Wear the prescribed security uniform during duty hours.

●      Immediately inform the management about emergencies, disputes or security concerns.

Candidate Requirements

●      Previous experience as a security guard is preferred.

●      Physically fit, alert, punctual and responsible.

●      Able to work night shifts.

●      Basic reading and writing skills for maintaining registers.

●      Polite but firm while dealing with students, visitors and drivers.

●      Willing to work flexible shifts when required.

●      Must maintain proper hygiene and wear a clean uniform.

Monthly Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000, depending on experience and suitability.
