Role Objective
To act as the bridge between management and the dashboard/app developer, ensuring that
all new features, reports, and system updates are clearly understood, properly communicated,
and executed accurately and on time.
This role is execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on follow-ups, clarity, and quality
checking.
