Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, dormitories and common areas.
  • Clean bathrooms, floors and other property areas.
  • Change bedsheets, pillow covers and towels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest and staff areas.
  • Collect and manage used linen and laundry.
  • Refill basic room and housekeeping supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
  • Follow proper cleaning and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in.
  • Assist the team with other housekeeping tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping/hotel experience is preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene practices.
  • Should be hardworking, punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
