Job OverviewMudrabase is hiring a result-oriented Branch Development Manager to establish and grow our solar business across assigned cities. The candidate will be responsible for branch development, team hiring, sales growth, local partnerships, operational coordination and achievement of business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssigned city/area में new branch setup और business expansion करना
• Branch Manager, ABM और Sales Staff की hiring, onboarding, training और performance management
• Local market mapping करके customer leads, referral partners और business opportunities develop करना
• Daily sales targets, customer visits, sourcing files, digital approvals और confirmed business track करना
• PM Surya Ghar, subsidy, finance, installation और net-metering process की branch-level monitoring
• Customer advance, bank disbursement एवं pending payment recovery के लिए team coordination
• Local electricians, dealers, builders, bankers एवं other referral partners के साथ network बनाना
• Branch discipline, attendance, reporting और company policies का compliance सुनिश्चित करना
• Daily/weekly MIS, team performance और branch growth report submit करना
• Customer complaints तथा installation/operations issues को concerned team के साथ resolve कराना
• Required SkillsStrong team hiring, leadership और people-management skills
• Field sales एवं target-driven business development experience
• Local market knowledge और networking capability
• Solar, banking/loan DSA, insurance, telecom distribution, real estate या similar industry experience preferred
• Sales funnel understanding: Lead → Visit → Sourcing → Approval → Disbursement → Installation
• Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/mobile app reporting और WhatsApp Business का basic knowledge
• Hindi communication skills mandatory; basic English preferred
• Honest, disciplined और result-focused approach
• EligibilityGraduate preferred
• Minimum 2 years team handling / field-sales experience
• Own smartphone and willingness to travel within assigned city/region
• Experience in solar or financial-product sales will be an advantage
• Compensation & IncentiveFixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
