Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with EV 3-Wheeler dealers and customers.

Identify new business opportunities and onboard dealers onto the Ascend Platform.

Generate leads and convert them into successful loan/business applications.

Conduct regular visits to dealerships and customer locations for sales and collection activities.

Verify customer details and documents and ensure completion of loan applications.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement.

Achieve assigned sales, business, collection, and TAT targets.

Follow up with customers for timely payments and support collection activities.

Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of sales and collection activities.

Submit regular reports on business performance, visits, leads, and collections.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / BFSI / Auto Finance / EV Finance preferred.

Experience in dealer-based sales or vehicle finance will be an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.

Willingness to travel locally for dealer and customer visits.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on business generation and collections.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and mobile applications.
