Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage sales operations in the Gorakhpur territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing the sales team, developing the market, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team.
• Develop new dealers, customers, and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
• Handle sales activities and ensure proper market coverage.
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up, wherever applicable.
• Train and guide team members for better performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Ensure company policies and sales processes are followed.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in team handling and territory management preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Gorakhpur market and nearby areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, EV, Automobile, FMCG, or Field Sales will be an advantage.
