Job Description
- Qualification & Eligibility Minimum Graduation from a recognized university/institution.
- Maximum Age: 30 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage students and maintain discipline.
- Candidates with prior hostel/residential institution experience will be preferred.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain discipline, safety, and proper conduct of hostel residents.
- Supervise students and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Maintain daily attendance and hostel records.
- Monitor students' entry and exit from the hostel.
- Address students' day-to-day concerns and coordinate with college administration when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel premises.
- Handle emergency situations and immediately report serious matters to the concerned authority.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other hostel staff.
- Conduct regular rounds of the hostel and ensure a safe and peaceful environment.
- Maintain proper records of hostel-related activities, complaints, and incidents.
- Perform other hostel administration duties assigned by the management.
- Required SkillsGood leadership and student-management skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle students calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records will be an advantage.
