Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, fees, and academic programs.
- Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses or batches.
- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counselling.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate demo classes, counselling sessions, and admission processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and coordinate with the academic team when required.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Update student and lead data in CRM, Google Sheets, or other systems.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
