Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records of our consultancy company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, payment and receipt records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers and financial statements.
• Handle Tally Prime for accounting entries and reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage reports using Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with management, clients and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Age should not exceed 35 years.
