Accountant

About the Role

. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting with at least 4 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
