We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing accounting reports, assisting with taxation and compliance matters, and supporting audit assignments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records
• Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in GST return preparation and compliance.
• Assist in Income Tax return filing and tax-related documentation.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients for accounting data and documentation.
• Handle TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliations.

Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates preferred (optional)

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Busy Accounting Software (preferred)
