Role Overview

We are looking to hire experienced Sales Professionals with 5+ years of proven sales experience to manage client relationships, generate business opportunities, and support customers throughout the investment journey.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Noida Extension Area, requiring close collaboration with the local team and direct involvement in client-focused activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• 35+ years of age preferred.
• Candidates with insurance industry experience will be given higher preference.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, mature, and professionally stable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to prospective clients on a regular basis.
• Meet interested clients and brief them about available projects.
• Organize client visits to project sites and accompany clients to the sites.
• Maintain accurate MIS records.
• Attend training programs organized by company management.
• Represent the company at trade events organized by the company and its associates.
• Represent the company at events organized by industry associations.
• Attend and actively participate in periodic review meetings conducted by the company's management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
