Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Inside Sales

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (+ Incentives)

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA

Location: Greater Noida West


Role Overview:

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to convert company-provided leads into sales through calls, follow-ups, and negotiation.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Call provided leads, pitch products/services, and understand customer needs.
  •  Follow up regularly with potential clients to close deals.
  •  Handle customer queries and resolve objections effectively.
  •  Maintain daily call logs and lead status in the CRM.
  •  Meet monthly sales targets.


Key Requirements:


  •  1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
  •  Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  •  Target-driven mindset with basic CRM/Excel knowledge.
