एक शाकाहारी परिवार के लिए अनुभवी, भरोसेमंद एवं साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखने वाले स्थायी पूर्णकालिक रसोइये की आवश्यकता है।

• कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:परिवार के लिए रोज़ाना ताज़ा, स्वादिष्ट एवं स्वच्छ शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन बनाना।
• नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, शाम का नाश्ता एवं रात्रि भोजन तैयार करना।
• रोज़मर्रा के भारतीय एवं उत्तर भारतीय व्यंजन बनाने में दक्षता।
• दाल, सब्ज़ी, रोटी, पराठे, चावल, पनीर आदि बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव।
• परिवार की पसंद एवं आवश्यकता के अनुसार भोजन तैयार करना।
• रसोईघर एवं खाना बनाने की जगह की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थित रख-रखाव।
• खाना बनाने के बाद बर्तन एवं किचन की उचित सफाई रखना।
• आवश्यक राशन एवं सब्ज़ियों आदि की जानकारी समय पर देना।
• लंबे समय तक परिवार के साथ जिम्मेदारी एवं विश्वास के साथ कार्य करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:

• घरेलू रसोई में कार्य करने का पूर्व अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• शुद्ध शाकाहारी खाना बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव आवश्यक है।
• उत्तर भारतीय एवं घरेलू भोजन बनाने में अच्छी जानकारी।
• साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छता एवं व्यक्तिगत हाइजीन का विशेष ध्यान रखने वाला हो।
• ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार, विनम्र एवं भरोसेमंद होना चाहिए।
• बिना लगातार निगरानी के स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने में सक्षम हो।
• लंबे समय तक काम करने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

👨‍🍳 Full-Time Vegetarian Home Cook Required

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hygienic, and responsible full-time home cook for a vegetarian family.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh, hygienic, and delicious 100% vegetarian meals for the family.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner as required.
• Good knowledge of Indian and North Indian home-style cooking.
• Experience in preparing dal, vegetables, roti, paratha, rice, paneer, etc.
• Prepare meals according to the family's preferences and requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
• Clean and organize the kitchen and utensils after cooking.
• Inform the family when groceries, vegetables, or other kitchen essentials are running low.
• Work responsibly and maintain a long-term association with the family.
• Candidate Requirements:Previous experience as a home/family cook is preferred.
• Good experience in pure vegetarian cooking is essential.
• Good knowledge of North Indian and regular Indian home-style food.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Should be honest, responsible, polite, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
• Should be capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• Candidates looking for a long-term/permanent position will be preferred.

Accommodation & Food:

• Accommodation will be provided by the family.
• Food will be provided by the family.
• Separate and suitable accommodation will be arranged for the cook.
• The candidate is expected to maintain respectful and responsible behaviour while living with the family.
