Job Description
Service Supervisor oversees daily operations of water treatment plant facilities span across Delhi-Ncr, ensuring safe, clean water supply, regulatory compliance, and efficient staff management. They combine technical expertise in treatment processes with leadership and reporting responsibilities.

- Operational Management
- Staff Management & Arrangement.
- Staff Training & Recruitment at Site
- Regulatory Compliance
- Team Leadership
- Water Quality Monitoring
- Equipment Maintenance
- Emergency Response
- Reporting & Documentation
Monitoring, Implementation & Operation
- Regulatory Pressure: Non-compliance can lead to fines or shutdowns.
- Emergency Handling: Must respond quickly to contamination or system failures.
- Resource Management: Balancing chemical costs, energy use, and staff efficiency.
- Public Health Impact: Direct responsibility for safe drinking water supply.
Please Note:-
Relevant Water Industry experience shall be preferred. The major responsibility as mentioned above shall be Manpower Management, Hiring and Training.
