Field Sales Executive

You don't need an engineering degree to get into tech sales. You need to be good with people.

Yarvo AI is an agentic AI company, and we are hiring our first sales team. Not the tenth batch. The first. Whoever performs here becomes the person who builds and leads the next team. That opening exists once in a company's life.

What we do

Yarvo AI helps small businesses in Greater Noida get found on Google. We run their entire Google Business Profile — photos, posts, reviews, replies etc every week — so customers searching nearby actually find them. You are the person who walks into those shops and makes it happen.

What you'll do

1. Close warm leads. We hand you owners who have already shown interest. Walk in, build trust, close. You are not cold-knocking blind.
2. Own your market. Your assigned Greater Noida area: opticians, salons, dental clinics, laundries, cafes, medical stores, coaching centers. It's your territory — you run it.
3. Pitch the plan, handle the price objection, and close.

This is a field role. You'll be out in the markets meeting real business owners, not sitting at a desk on a headset.

How you get paid

Fixed salary + slab-wise incentive, uncapped. There's an annual target. Cross it and you start earning commission on every rupee above it. Cross the next slab and the rate goes up again.

Your over-achievement is your money. A rep who sells well here earns more than a rep who sells well at a large company, because you are not standing in a queue behind 200 others.

Where this goes

We are building the sales org from zero. The ladder is real and it is short:

Field Sales Associate → Senior Field Sales Associate → Team Lead → Area Sales Manager

First hires who consistently hit numbers get first claim on the Team Lead seat — your own reps, your own territory, and incentive on their closures too, not just your own. We would rather promote the person who has already sold our product on the street than hire a manager from outside who has never met our customer.
