Field Supervisor - Housekeeping

 We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Field Supervisor - Housekeeping for Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants to oversee our Service operations across multiple sites. In this role, you will be the bridge between our frontline housekeeping/ Operator staff and management. You will travel to various locations daily to inspect cleanliness standards, manage on-site teams, handle client feedback, and ensure smooth daily operations. A valid driver's license and personal two-wheeler/vehicle are required for this role.

Core Responsibilities

·        Site Supervision: Visit multiple assigned client locations daily to inspect work quality and ensure Housekeeping & Operation teams meet strict Operational , cleanliness and hygiene standards.

·        Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate staffs and team leads on proper Operation techniques and safety protocols.

·        Attendance & Rostering: Manage daily attendance, arrange backup staff for missing shifts, and handle workforce scheduling.

·        Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, quickly resolving client complaints or special requests.

·        Inventory Control: Monitor the stock of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and supplies at each site; place timely replenishment orders to avoid shortages.

·        Reporting: Maintain daily logs of site visits, incident reports, and staff performance to present to upper management.

·        Grievances: Handle all Grievances arising at Site related to Leaves, Salary & Termination with outmost care and Standard Industry norms.

•            हाज़िरी और रोस्टरिंग: रोज़ाना की हाज़िरी मैनेज करें, छूटी हुई शिफ्ट के लिए बैकअप स्टाफ का इंतज़ाम करें और वर्कफोर्स की शेड्यूलिंग संभालें।

•            क्लाइंट संबंध: साइट पर मुख्य संपर्क व्यक्ति के तौर पर काम करें और क्लाइंट की शिकायतों या खास अनुरोधों को तेज़ी से हल करें।

•            इन्वेंट्री कंट्रोल: हर साइट पर सफाई के केमिकल, मशीनरी और सप्लाई के स्टॉक पर नज़र रखें; कमी से बचने के लिए समय पर सामान मंगाने का ऑर्डर दें।

•            रिपोर्टिंग: साइट विज़िट, घटना की रिपोर्ट और स्टाफ के परफॉर्मेंस का रोज़ाना रिकॉर्ड रखें ताकि उन्हें सीनियर मैनेजमेंट के सामने पेश किया जा सके।

•            शिकायतें: साइट पर छुट्टी, सैलरी और नौकरी से हटाने से जुड़ी सभी शिकायतों को पूरी सावधानी और इंडस्ट्री के स्टैंडर्ड नियमों के अनुसार संभालें।

Required Qualifications & Skills

·        Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Field Inspector, or a similar role in Facility Management or Hospitality.

·        Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle (motorcycle/scooter) for frequent field travel.

·        Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to handle a distributed workforce firmly but fairly.

·        Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact professionally with both cleaning staff and corporate clients.

·        Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected shortages, emergencies, or client escalations quickly on the ground.

·        Education: High school diploma/Graduate; a certification in hospitality or facility management is a plus.

•            आवा-जाही: बार-बार फ़ील्ड में जाने के लिए वैलिड ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और अपनी गाड़ी (मोटरसाइकिल/स्कूटर) होनी चाहिए।

•            लीडरशिप: मज़बूत टीम मैनेजमेंट स्किल्स, साथ ही अलग-अलग जगहों पर काम करने वाली टीम को सख्ती और निष्पक्षता से संभालने की क्षमता।

•            कम्युनिकेशन: सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों और कॉर्पोरेट क्लाइंट्स, दोनों के साथ प्रोफ़ेशनली बातचीत करने के लिए अच्छी बातचीत की क्षमता।

•            समस्या-समाधान: अचानक हुई कमी, इमरजेंसी, या क्लाइंट की शिकायतों को फ़ील्ड पर ही तेज़ी से संभालने की क्षमता।

•            शिक्षा: हाई स्कूल डिप्लोमा/ग्रेजुएट; हॉस्पिटैलिटी या फ़ैसिलिटी मैनेजमेंट में सर्टिफ़िकेशन होना फ़ायदेमंद होगा।
