Job Description
- Client Reception: Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate real estate agents or departments.
- Communication Management: Handle multi-line phone systems, screen and forward calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general email or web inquiries.
- Scheduling & Calendaring: Coordinate appointments, property site visits, and agent calendars to prevent double-booking.
- Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs, sort mail and couriers, handle basic data entry, and assist with document filing.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception and waiting areas presentable, prepare meeting rooms, and track office supply inventory.
