We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Web Developer who can bring ideas to life through impactful designs, functional websites, and engaging digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design high-quality social media creatives, posts, reels covers, stories, and digital advertisements.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Design website banners, landing page visuals, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all NDK Swiss business verticals.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand's premium positioning.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.

2. Website Development & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly website layouts.
• Develop landing pages for marketing campaigns, lead generation, and service promotions.
• Manage website content, images, banners, forms, and other digital assets.
• Optimise website speed, performance, and user experience.
• Implement basic SEO practices, including meta titles, descriptions, heading structures, image optimisation, and URL management.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
• Coordinate domain, hosting, plugins, and website backups.

3. Digital Marketing Support — Added Advantage

• Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Understand campaign objectives and design creatives accordingly.
• Have a basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website conversion optimisation.
• Support the creation of marketing landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
• Analyse basic campaign and website performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve engagement and conversions.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and website development projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of Canva.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Understanding of Shopify and e-commerce website management.
