• Company policies aur process explain karna
• 🔹 Attendance & Payroll SupportDaily attendance monitoring
• Leave records maintain karna
• Salary data payroll team ko share karna
• 🔹 HR OperationsEmployee database maintain karna
• ID card, email ID aur system access coordination
• Exit formalities (NOC, ID return, clearance)
• 🔹 Employee EngagementTeam activities aur office culture improve karna
• Employee grievance handling
• Performance feedback coordination
• 🎓 Skills & QualificationsGraduate (MBA HR preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HR process
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Recruitment tools / job portals ka basic use
