Job Description:

Angel Youth Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and responsible HR Executives / HR Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Handle candidate follow-ups and recruitment records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Support daily HR operations and employee coordination.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
