Job Description

K9 Square is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new prospects, developing customer relationships and creating business opportunities in Commercial Real Estate & Pre-Leased Property Investments.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and prospects through different channels

* Contact potential investors and introduce K9 Square's properties

* Follow up regularly with existing leads and customers

* Generate new client references and referrals

* Maintain and update customer database

* Qualify prospects and arrange meetings/site visits

* Build long-term relationships with investors

* Maintain daily calling, follow-up and lead-generation reports

* Coordinate with the sales team for business conversion

Candidate Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing or Business Development

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Confident and professional personality

* Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups

* Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and CRM

* Hindi communication required; basic English preferred

* Target-oriented and self-motivated

* Willing to learn commercial real estate investment

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales attitude may also apply.
