Job Description

  • Job Description: Jewellery Sales ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, understanding their preferences, occasions, and budget to guide them seamlessly through the store.
  • Product Expertise: Showcase and explain intricate details of fine jewellery collections (Gold, Silver, Diamond, and gemstones), educating customers on craftsmanship, purity, and carat weight.
  • Sales & Targets: Drive individual and store sales targets by upselling, cross-selling complementary pieces, and closing sales effectively.
  • Store Operations & Merchandising: Assist in daily visual merchandising, maintaining pristine display cases, stock replenishment, and inventory auditing.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships by maintaining a customer registry for special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays, weddings) and handling after-sales service inquiries.

Compliance & Billing: Ensure accurate billing, adherence to store pricing policies, and compliance with KYC/regulatory guidelines for high-value transactions.
