M/s Dynamic Industrial is looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer – Conveyor Systems to join our engineering team.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing belt conveyors, roller conveyors, warehouse conveyors, and other industrial conveyor systems. The role involves creating 2D drawings, 3D models, and mechanical components while ensuring designs are practical, accurate, and suitable for manufacturing.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🏗️ Conveyor System Design

• Design and develop belt conveyors, roller conveyors, and industrial conveyor systems.

• Prepare complete mechanical designs based on project requirements.

• Develop conveyor layouts and assemblies considering dimensions, load, movement, and installation requirements.

💻 2D & 3D Design

• Create detailed 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

• Develop assemblies, components, and manufacturing drawings.

• Modify designs based on project requirements and production feedback.

⚙️ Component Design

• Design and develop mechanical components used in conveyor systems.

• Prepare accurate dimensions, specifications, and component drawings.

• Select suitable components based on application and design requirements.

🏭 Manufacturing Support

• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.

• Provide technical drawings and design inputs for fabrication and assembly.

• Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and installation.

🔍 Design Analysis & Improvement

• Perform basic design checks and support FEA analysis where required.

• Identify design improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and ease of manufacturing.

• Ensure drawings and models meet required quality and engineering standards.

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer who understands mechanical design and can work on industrial conveyor systems.

Candidates with strong knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D modelling, mechanical drawings, and component design will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent CAD/design skills may also apply, provided they have a strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals and are willing to learn conveyor-system design.

💰 SALARY

Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month
