Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Fashion category and Products to join our handicrafts export team. The candidate should have knowledge of Fashion category and Products, sampling, costing, product development, production follow-up, and buyer coordination.

Soft Goods Product Knowledge

The candidate should have experience or knowledge of the following products:

• Bags: Tote Bags, Handbags, Shopping Bags, Jute Bags, Canvas Bags, Drawstring Bags, Pouches, Cosmetic Bags, Clutches and Backpacks.
• Home Furnishing: Cushion Covers, Pillow Covers, Curtains, Table Runners, Tablecloths, Placemats, Napkins, Bed Covers and Throws.
• Fashion Accessories: Scarves, Stoles, Bandanas, Fabric Belts and Fabric Accessories.
• Decorative & Utility Items: Fabric Baskets, Storage Bags, Laundry Bags, Organizers, Aprons, Pot Holders and Fabric Wall Hangings.

         Key Responsibilities

• Handle product development, sampling and costing.
• Coordinate with buyers, vendors, suppliers and production teams.
• Prepare quotations, product presentations and costing sheets.
• Follow up on samples, orders, production timelines and quality.
• Maintain product specifications, order details and merchandising records.
• Coordinate with the quality and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate professionally through emails and prepare reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Fashion category and Products Merchandising.
• Knowledge of handicrafts, home Decor, bags
• Good communication and email-writing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of sampling, costing, production and export documentation.
• Responsible, organized and able to manage multiple orders.
