Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC glass edging/processing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Set machine parameters according to glass size, thickness, edge profile and production requirements.
  • Read and understand production drawings, job cards and work instructions.
  • Perform glass loading, unloading, positioning and proper machine setup.
  • Check edge quality, dimensions, thickness and finishing as per specifications.
  • Monitor machine operation and identify abnormal noise, vibration or processing issues.
  • Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure proper handling of glass to avoid scratches, breakage and damage.
  • Maintain production records, rejection details and machine-related reports.
  • Follow all safety, PPE, quality and housekeeping requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Quality team for production and quality issues.

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Glass Edging / Glass Processing
