PRINTING EXPOSING OPERATOR

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate screen printing, exposing, and glass printing machines as per production requirements.
• Set and adjust machine parameters such as speed, pressure, temperature, exposure time, alignment, and printing settings.
• Perform proper screen preparation, exposure, mounting, and alignment before production.
• Ensure correct positioning and handling of glass sheets during printing.
• Maintain proper printing registration, thickness, colour consistency, and print quality.
• Check the first-piece/sample before starting bulk production and coordinate with the Quality team for approval.
• Monitor machines during operation and identify abnormalities, defects, or breakdown conditions.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance as per SOP.
• Ensure proper handling of screens, inks, chemicals, glass, tools, and other production materials.
• Identify and minimize defects such as misprinting, registration errors, scratches, pinholes, colour variation, smudging, and improper exposure.
• Maintain production records, rejection records, machine parameters, and shift-related documentation.

स्क्रीन प्रिंटिंग एवं एक्सपोजिंग मशीन को निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार संचालित करना।

ग्लास प्रिंटिंग के लिए स्क्रीन तैयार करना एवं एक्सपोजिंग प्रक्रिया को सही तरीके से करना।

मशीन की सेटिंग, टाइमिंग, लाइट/एक्सपोजर पैरामीटर एवं अन्य आवश्यक सेटिंग को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार रखना।

प्रोडक्शन प्लान के अनुसार समय पर एवं निर्धारित मात्रा में उत्पादन करना।

प्रिंटिंग के दौरान लाइन, डिजाइन, कलर, पैटर्न एवं प्रिंट क्वालिटी की जांच करना।

स्क्रीन, ग्लास एवं प्रिंटिंग मटेरियल की सही स्थिति सुनिश्चित करना।

प्रिंटिंग में होने वाले डिजाइन मिसमैच, लाइन मिसिंग, ब्लर प्रिंट, पिन होल, कलर शेड एवं अन्य गुणवत्ता संबंधी समस्याओं की पहचान करना।
