Job Description

Job Responsibilities;

  • Welcome customers and manage the reception desk.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer queries.
  • Schedule vehicle service appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain customer records and job cards.
  • Coordinate with the service manager and workshop team.
  • Inform customers about vehicle service status and delivery timings.
  • Prepare basic estimates, invoices and billing details.
  • Maintain daily customer visit and service records.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in general office administration and front-desk operations.


Requirements;

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and WhatsApp.
  • Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills.
  • Previous experience in a car service centre, automobile dealership or front office is preferred.
