Job Title: Restaurant Manager – The Indrawaram Cafe

Location: Near Knowledge Park 2 Metro Station, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role

Indrawaram Cafe is a South Indian restaurant looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen and service staff.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and vendor coordination.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and closing reports.
• Ensure proper staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and shift management.
• Drive sales through upselling, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain food safety standards and restaurant SOPs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, cafe, or food-service operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of POS billing(petpoojs), inventory management, and daily sales reporting.
• Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Candidates with South Indian restaurant experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance incentives if applicable.

Work Location: The Indrawaram Cafe, Knowledge Park 2 Metro Station, Greater Noida.
