About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented property sales executives to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build excellent relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities: Generate and handle leads through calls, online inquiries, and other sources.

Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Stay updated about current property projects, market trends, and competitors.

Candidate Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

Real estate sales experience will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset are also welcome.
