Job DescriptionINXTANTHELP is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for customers in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to identify sales opportunities and convert potential customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company's services.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and assist customers with their queries.
• Explain the company's services, including technical support and social media management.
• Identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Handle customer objections and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain professional communication with customers in the USA and Canada.
• RequirementsGood spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online calling software.
• Good listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with USA and Canada business hours.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; prior sales, telecalling, or international BPO experience is an advantage.
