Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator for our real estate branch in Greater Noida West. The candidate will be responsible for calling property owners, tenants, buyers and sellers, maintaining lead records, sending property details on WhatsApp, taking follow-ups and coordinating site visits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Call property owners, tenants, buyers and sellers.
- Generate fresh property and customer leads.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in Google Sheets.
- Send property details, photos and videos to clients on WhatsApp.
- Coordinate site visits between clients and field executives.
- Follow up with interested clients regularly.
- Update lead status as Hot, Warm, Cold, Closed or Not Interested.
- Share daily work report with the branch coordinator.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Must know how to use WhatsApp properly.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel preferred.
- Real estate calling experience will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be confident, polite and target-oriented.
- Must be regular, disciplined and able to do daily follow-ups.
- Local candidates from Greater Noida West, Noida Extension, Noida or Greater Noida will be preferred.
Office Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
