Job Description
- Call inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, and website enquiries; introduce the firm, understand buyer requirements, and qualify interest within the first call.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone and WhatsApp; maintain regular contact without being pushy, build familiarity, and move prospects toward a site visit or meeting with the sales team.
- Maintain a daily call log and update CRM accurately after every conversation: call outcome, buyer requirement, budget, timeline, and next follow-up date.
- Schedule site visits and callback appointments for the senior Sales Executives; your job is to hand over qualified, visit-ready leads, not close deals yourself.
- Handle basic buyer queries on call: property location, price range, possession status, and next steps using briefing material provided by the team.
- Re-engage cold and dormant leads from the database periodically; many buyers who did not convert earlier are ready to move when the right call comes at the right time.
- Achieve daily call targets, weekly follow-up targets, and monthly site visit scheduling targets set by the team lead.
