Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries from both B2B and B2C clients.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and preferences.
• Manage incoming travel requests through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
• Prepare customized itineraries and tour proposals.
• Calculate package costing and prepare quotations.
• Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, and travel services.
• Explain and convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate travel advice and destination information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
• Follow up with clients within committed timelines.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback with management to improve services.

Customer Service Expectations

• Respond to every customer promptly and professionally.
• Give complete attention to customer requirements.
• Listen carefully and avoid asking customers to repeat information.
• Ask relevant questions to understand travel needs.
• Keep conversations engaging and solution-oriented.
• Anticipate customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
• Deliver a seamless and personalized travel planning experience.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+2 or higher qualification.
• 0–1 year of experience in the travel industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel.
• Good understanding of travel policies and booking procedures (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible, committed, and reliable.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Maximum age: 18 years.
