About the Role: We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Videographer to create high-quality videos and visual content for our real estate projects, social media platforms, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos of real estate projects, properties, sites, offices, and events.
• Create property walkthroughs, project videos, reels, promotional videos, and short-form content.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Add music, transitions, text, graphics, subtitles, voiceovers, and other effects as required.
• Create engaging real estate promotional and marketing videos.
• Shoot and edit customer testimonials, agent interviews, site updates, and team videos.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand content requirements.
• Ensure videos follow the company's brand guidelines and marketing style.
• Manage and organize video footage, project files, and final content.
• Stay updated with latest video trends, reels formats, transitions, and social media content styles.
• Handle basic camera, lighting, microphone, tripod, and other shooting equipment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and YouTube video formats.
• Creative approach to storytelling and presentation.
• Ability to create professional and engaging real estate content.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.
• Good photography skills will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Video Editing, Film Making, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.

• Number and quality of social media reels/content produced.
• Quality of property/project shoots.
• Engagement and performance of video content.
• Proper management of raw footage and project files.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is creative, energetic, camera-friendly, understands social media trends, and has a strong interest in real estate marketing.
