Sr.Sales Excecutive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations
Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing Gold Loan customers, achieving business targets, generating leads, and ensuring smooth loan processing while maintaining customer relationships and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Gold Loan customers through field sourcing.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Assist customers with loan application and documentation.
- Coordinate for gold valuation and loan disbursement.
- Build relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Ensure compliance and excellent customer service.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (Banking/NBFC/Finance preferred).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Target-driven and willing to travel locally.
