Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
  • Achieve sales targets and support the team in meeting business goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor store staff performance.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, stock availability, and merchandise displays.
  • Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and company standards.
  • Train new employees and support staff development.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and team performance.
  • Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
  • Requirements2–5 years of experience in retail/store operations.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Sales-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and billing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
