Job Description
IT & Desktop Support Duties
- Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and interactive smartboards across the campus.
- Network & Connectivity: Maintain local network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity) and troubleshoot basic internet or server issues.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular software updates, antivirus scans, and data backups on school computers.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to teachers, administrative staff, and students experiencing hardware or software issues.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all school IT assets, licenses, and components, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
