Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and production.
- Plan production and achieve targets on time.
- Manage workers, attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Monitor quality, wastage and raw-material usage.
- Oversee machinery, maintenance and breakdowns.
- Maintain production and inventory records.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping and smooth factory operations.
- Coordinate with management, stores, purchase and dispatch.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing workers and production.
- Good knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, responsible and disciplined.
- Ability to independently manage factory operations.
