Job Description
Job Description – Hospital HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Manage staff attendance, leave, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
- Process monthly payroll and salary disbursement.
- Handle PF (Provident Fund)
- Manage employee benefits and statutory records.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital HR policies.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR / MSW / Relevant degree.
- Experience in payroll, PF, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR operations.
- Hospital HR experience preferred.
- Good communication and management skills.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
Preferred: Candidates with 2–5 years of hospital HR and payroll experience.
