Accountant

1. 1.   Prepare sales invoices and purchase invoices
2. 2.   Create and update intra invoices and maintain master sheet
3. 3.   Handle debit and credit notes
4. 4.   Record banking entries and perform bank reconciliation
5. 5.   Prepare expense vouchers and manage daily expenses
6. 6.   Pass journal entries and adjustments
7. 7.   Assist in expense management and tracking
8. 8.   Prepare delivery challans and proforma invoices
9. 9.   Generate monthly sales report before the 7th
10. 10.  Assist in internal audit and financial year closing
11. 11.  Handle petty cash and imprest account management
12. 12.Calculate GST and assist in GST return filing
13. 13. Prepare monthly GST amendment data
14. 14.  Create and maintain item/stock records
15. 15.  Manage accounts receivable and payable entries
16. 16.   Process payroll data and maintain salary records
17. 17.     Process sales and purchase orders
18. 18.    Maintain proper financial documentation and records
19. 19.   Assist in preparation of financial statements
20. 20.  Ensure day-to-day accounting entries are accurate and updated
