Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization in financial reporting, compliance, and related administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

● Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

● Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.

● Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledger balances.

● Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

● Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors as required.

● Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

● Support payroll processing and ensure accurate salary-related accounting entries.

● Assist with statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.

● Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities when required.

● Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.

● Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.

● Ensure timely filing and preservation of accounting records.

● Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management
