Job Description

Job Title: Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage daily billing, accounting, and financial records for our growing FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales invoices and purchase bills.
  • Maintain daily accounts, expenses, and payment records.
  • Update Excel sheets for sales, purchases, stock, and expenses.
  • Track outstanding payments and manage receivables/payables.
  • Reconcile bank and UPI transactions.
  • Maintain GST records and coordinate with the CA.
  • Prepare basic monthly financial reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of GST and bookkeeping.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • FMCG or food manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
