Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, warm and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing parent enquiries, conducting school tours, following up with prospective parents and driving admissions for the preschool and daycare.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and digital leads.
• Counsel parents about the preschool/daycare programmes, curriculum, facilities, timings and fee structure.
• Conduct professional and engaging school tours for prospective parents.
• Understand each family's requirements and recommend the appropriate programme.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/admission tracker.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with hot, warm and pending leads.
• Coordinate admission documentation, fee collection and onboarding of new parents.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Conduct regular care calls and gather parent feedback when required.
• Support admission campaigns, open houses, events and local marketing activities.
• Work closely with the Principal, Director and academic team to achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional communication with parents at all times.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in school/preschool admissions, counselling, sales or customer relations preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• Confident in handling parent queries and objections.
• Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
• Comfortable working with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems and basic digital tools.
• Presentable, organised, proactive and target-oriented.
• Candidates residing in or around Sector 79, Gurugram will be preferred.
