We manage on-ground retail operations, sales teams, retailer relationships, and business performance for our partner brands, including Palmonas, a modern jewellery brand associated with Shraddha Kapoor.

About the Role:

Palmonas is a modern jewellery brand known for stylish, everyday and occasion-wear jewellery. We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager to manage retail operations, drive sales, and supervise Store Sales Executives across multiple retail locations.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to partner stores, hands-on team management, and ownership of sales performance across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Drive monthly sales targets and improve sales performance across assigned retail counters.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and monitor Store Sales Executives to ensure productivity and excellent customer service.
• Field Visits: Travel regularly to retail stores to review performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth functioning.
• Retail Operations: Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, stock availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company processes.
• Retailer Management: Build strong relationships with partner store owners and managers to improve counter performance and business growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales, staff productivity, stock movement, and store-level KPIs, and share regular reports with management.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve existing counter sales and expand business within the assigned territory.

Who Can Apply?

3 to 5 years of experience in fashion retail, jewellery, lifestyle retail, or multi-store operations.

• Prior experience managing retail teams or multiple store locations is preferred.
• Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with extensive local and intercity travel.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hindi is required; basic English is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, accountable, and willing to work in a field-based role.
