Job Description

Role Overview

As a fresher, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground. Your main job is to visit client offices, review how their businesses operate, check their files, and ensure no money is being wasted or stolen.


What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)


  • Check the Rules: Review client records to make sure employees are following company policies and government laws.
  • Test the Data: Take samples of daily bills, receipts, and invoices to verify that all financial numbers match reality.
  • Spot the Risks: Look at business processes (like how a company buys raw materials or pays its staff) to find loopholes where fraud or mistakes could happen.
  • Make Excel Sheets: Organize your findings into clear Microsoft Excel trackers and audit files for your seniors to review.
  • Talk to Clients: Meet with client department heads to ask questions, gather proof, and understand how they do their daily work.


What They Are Looking For (Requirements)


  • Education: A completed B.Com, BBA, or M.Com degree with a strong grasp of basic accounting and auditing concepts.
  • Computer Skills: Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowing how to use VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a huge plus).
  • Mindset: An analytical and curious mind—someone who loves asking "why" and paying close attention to small details.
